Prior to founding Business Partnering Institute, Michael has been a finance leader and business partner and has headed up Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice.

Prior to founding Business Partnering Institute, Anders worked 13 years in various finance roles at global transport and logistics company Maersk.

Prior to joining BPI, Benita has worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte and has extensive experience with business partnering (organization, framework & upskilling), finance transformations, SSC, and running finance organizations.

Prior to joining Business Partnering Institute, Mette has worked as a Manager at Deloitte, Global Business Program Lead at Maersk and most recently as a Senior Manager at PwC.

Christian has extensive experience working with business controlling, finance business partnering, and performance management in large, international companies. Furthermore, Christian is a seasoned Finance instructor having taught 500+ Finance Business Partners worldwide.
